Quality of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Produced with Different Nutritional Fortification Techniques for Increased Productivity Alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.)

This study aimed to evaluate the quality of Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) produced by different nutrient fortification techniques in increasing adaptation and productivity alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) at greenhouse scale. The research design was a completely randomized (CRD) with 5 treatments 10 replications. treatment based on types AMF product, including without as control (P0), superior (P1), three products from Agrostology Laboratory, Faculty Animal Science IPB: AMF1 (P2), AMF2 (P3), AMF3 (P4). given 100% recommended fertilizer dose while treated plants were 50% dose. results showed that all same effectiveness for plant morphological variables. AMF2, gave better response colonization parameters dry weight than product. It concluded effective symbiosis increase compared control. had performance AMF.
